In-Memoriam

Starting in the Summer of 2012, the Tribe wishes to acknowledge, recognize, honor and celebrate our fellow Iron Arrows whom we have been notified we lost in the past year. Our Tribe and the University of Miami community mourn their passing. We reach out together as a Tribe to support their families and reflect on their amazing legacies. They will be forever missed, forever Miami Hurricanes and forever Iron Arrows.

Paul T. Dee (1947-2012) - Former UM Althetic Director, UM General Counsel and Professor of Education. Iron Arrow since Fall 1996. More Info.

Don V. Mariutto (1930-2012) - UM Hall of Famer, Preserver of the UM-UF War Canoe Trophy Legacy. Iron Arrow since Fall 1952. More Info.

Charley F. Hutchings (1937-2011) - Former UM Offense & Defense Tackle, Pittsburg Steeler, US Army 1st Lt. (ret.). Iron Arrow since Fall 1956. More Info.
